The Lagos State Government is today organising an event to mark the One Hundred days in office of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Taking place at the LTV Blue Roof Ikeja, it is tagged “One Hundred Days…And beyond of Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State and Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, Deputy Governor of Lagos State”.

Meanwhile activities marking Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu administration’s first one hundred days in office, had been ongoing over the week with the commissioning of various projects which included the one hundred and twenty five patrol vehicles and thirty five patrol motorcycles for the use of security operatives.

It also included the introduction of a new culture of waste disposal and management, with the launch of LAWMA’s Blue Box Recycling Program among others.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the events re-stated his administration’s commitment towards ensuring Lagos was crime-free, while also noting that by twenty twenty-one the State would had captured over fifty per cent of recyclable waste materials from its dumpsites as well as reduced carbon footprints in the environment.
